Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

At TRAK Driver Training, we respect both your time and ours. We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another learner.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur 100% of the lesson fee.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find another suitable time. If this isn’t possible, we’ll refund any prepaid lessons or packages affected.

We know unexpected situations can arise, and we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please get in touch.

By booking a lesson with TRAK Driver Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Learner Responsibilities

  • Licence: You must hold a valid and current NSW learner licence (or a valid overseas licence) and carry it with you to every lesson. By booking, you confirm you do not have any disqualifications, suspensions, cancellations, or pending charges in NSW or elsewhere.

  • Mobile Phones: Phones must be switched off or set to silent and kept out of sight during lessons.

  • Pick-up & Drop-off: Lessons will start and finish at the agreed address unless otherwise arranged.

  • Behaviour: Lessons may be ended immediately if you:

    • appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or

    • engage in anti-social behaviour (physical or verbal abuse).

If a lesson is terminated for these reasons, the full lesson fee will still apply. Your safety and the safety of our instructors is always our priority.
